The patient also carries a feeding tube. Moderate cardiomegaly persists. The patient is now intubated. The tip of the endotracheal tube projects 4 cm above the carina. Comparison to ___. New appearance of perihilar parenchymal opacities, right more than left, with a morphology suggesting a combination of pulmonary edema and pneumonia. Massive progression of a pre-existing previously small right pleural effusion.
