No endotracheal tube is seen. Heart is borderline enlarged but unchanged. Right jugular central venous line ends low in the SVC. Small-to-moderate bilateral pleural effusions have increased since ___. One pacemaker lead passes to the anticipated location of the right ventricular apex, the other loops into the right ventricle and back through the tricuspid valve to the right atrium. The largest lesion in the right lung could be either infection or infarction. Heterogeneous pulmonary opacification in both lungs has worsened
