TECHNIQUE: Chest single view
COMPARISON: ___ 17:31

FINDINGS:
No pneumothorax.
Increased heart size, pulmonary vascularity.
Improved lung aeration.
Pleural effusions.
Pulmonary edema.
Bibasilar consolidations, likely atelectasis, consider pneumonia clinically appropriate.
Enteric tube tip coiled in the proximal stomach, possibly within esophageal hiatal hernia.
Interval placement of endotracheal tube with tip 3 cm above carina.

IMPRESSION:
Endotracheal tube tip in good position.
Enteric tube tip within left upper quadrant, in the proximal stomach, possibly within a hernia.
