INDICATION: ___ year old woman with increasing O2 requirement and left chest tube // interval change interval change

COMPARISON: Chest radiographs since ___ most recently ___ 11:05.

IMPRESSION:

Moderate enlargement of the cardiac silhouette which increased from ___ to ___ is subsequently stable.
Consolidation at the base the right lung has worsened and could be atelectasis or pneumonia.
Despite left apical pleural drains, volume of moderate to large left pleural effusion has increased with predominantly posterior and lateral loculations.
Mild subcutaneous emphysema in the left neck and chest wall is stable.
More severe atelectasis in the left lower lobe is unchanged.
The volume of any pleural air is small.
Mild interstitial pulmonary edema is stable.
