 Multiple severely displaced left rib fractures noted. An esophageal drainage tube can be traced as far as the low esophagus but the tip is not identified. Moderate to severe cardiomegaly has worsened. ET tube and left subclavian line are in standard placements. More dense consolidation in the right lower lungs could be confluent edema or developing pneumonia. No appreciable left pleural effusion or pneumothorax, apical pleural drain still in place. Moderate pulmonary edema has progressed since ___ through ___.
