 TECHNIQUE: Portable AP chest radiograph.
 
 COMPARISON: Chest radiographs since ___, most recently ___.
 
 FINDINGS: 
 
 No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Mediastinal contours, and cardiac silhouette are normal. Lung volumes are low. A right PICC terminates in the low SVC. Endotracheal tube terminates approximately 5.5 cm above the carina, in appropriate position. An NG tube passes into the stomach and out of view with side port beyond expected location the gastroesophageal junction. Right lower lung opacity has waxed and waned since ___, more prominent today than on ___.
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Right lower lung opacity concerning for pneumonia, more or less prominent based on pulmonary edema and atelectasis.
