FINAL REPORT
 INDICATION: History of recent pleural effusion status post thoracentesis with shortness of breath, evaluate for interval increase of pleural effusion.
 
 COMPARISONS: Chest radiograph from ___.
 
 FINDINGS: Right PICC is unchanged in position. There is no pneumothorax. The lungs are well expanded. Left basilar atelectasis and scarring is stabe. The heart is enlarged since the prior exam. Pleural thickening and a calcified left upper lobe granuloma are stable. There are increased bilateral interstitial opacities with prominence of the hila, compatible with pulmonary edema.
 
 IMPRESSION: Interval development of mild pulmonary edema.
