 TECHNIQUE: Portable AP radiograph of the chest.
 
 COMPARISON: ___.
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Substantial interval improvement in previous moderate right hydropneumothorax.
 
 FINDINGS: 
 
 There is a new small amount of right chest wall subcutaneous emphysema. A nasogastric tube enters the neo-esophagus to terminate in the gastric remnant. Bilateral interstitial opacities are most likely due to pulmonary edema. A new right apical chest tube has been placed. Band-like opacities in both mid lung zones are likely due to atelectasis. The endotracheal tube terminates at the level of the clavicles. The previous moderate right hydropneumothorax has substantially improved. New right surgical skin ___ are in place.
