 IMPRESSION:

 Tracheostomy tube and a right internal jugular dual channel catheter are in standard placements. Bilateral pigtail pleural drainage catheters are still in place. Mild cardiomegaly stable. Previous mild interstitial pulmonary edema has improved slightly. Right pleural effusion tiny if any. Residual left pleural effusion small, decreased since ___. Large scale consolidation persists in the left lower lung and perihilar right lung, diagnosed as atelectasis and pneumonia respectively.
