FINAL REPORT
 HISTORY:  Intubated, now with septic shock.  Assess for interval change,
 specifically evaluate for pneumonia.
 
 COMPARISON:  ___.
 
 IMPRESSION:
 
 Worsening confluent opacities in the right upper and lower lobes in the
 setting of improving pulmonary edema on the left could be pneumonia on the
 right.
 
 FINDINGS:
 
 No pneumothorax.  Moderate cardiomegaly is unchanged.  ET tube in standard
 position.  Right upper lobe and right lower lobe opacities are more
 confluent compared with yesterday and could be pneumonia.  Slight improvement
 in left lower lobe pulmonary edema since yesterday.  NG tube extending into
 the stomach and out of view.  Stable small pleural effusion on the left, no
 pleural effusion on the right.
