 IMPRESSION: 
 
 ET tube and left subclavian line are in standard placements and a nasogastric drainage tube passes into the stomach and out of view. Heart is mildly enlarged, unchanged. Pleural effusions are presumed, but not very large. Less pronounced opacification on the left has worsened appreciably since ___. Dense consolidation has been present in the right lower lung since ___, developing rapidly a after were ___. The right lung worsened over ___, and has subsequently improved. This could be pneumonia or pulmonary hemorrhage. While there might have been concurrent pulmonary edema on ___, the overall pattern of pulmonary abnormalities is more suggestive of bilateral pneumonia or airspace filling due to pulmonary hemorrhage.
