 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Right internal jugular Swan-Ganz catheter, endotracheal tube and nasogastric tube are unchanged in position.
 Layering bilateral effusions with bibasilar patchy opacities likely representing lower lobe atelectasis.
 Status post median sternotomy with stable postoperative cardiac and mediastinal enlargement.
