 IMPRESSION: 
 
 There is no pneumothorax.
 ET tube in standard position.
 Heart is mildly enlarged, but mediastinal veins are less distended, another indication of improved cardiovascular status.
 Feeding tube with the wire stylet in place passes alongside a second esophageal tube into the lower stomach.
 Left jugular introducer ends close to the superior cavoatrial junction or in the right atrium.
 Right internal jugular line ends above the origin of the right brachiocephalic vein.
 Opacification in the lower lungs is probably atelectasis on the left and edema or pneumonia on the right, in addition to substantial bilateral pleural effusion.
 Both have improved since ___ and clearing in the upper lobes is probably due to decreasing pulmonary edema.
