 FINDINGS: 
 
 Portable semi supine chest film ___ at 05:20 is submitted
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 No large pneumothorax. Bibasilar patchy opacities are seen likely reflecting partial lower lobe atelectasis. Endotracheal tube, nasogastric tube, right internal jugular central line and right subclavian PICC line are unchanged in position. There is now some peribronchial cuffing suggesting the presence of superimposed mild perihilar edema. There continue be layering moderate to large pbilateral leural effusions.
