FINDINGS:

Moderate pulmonary edema has improved, particularly in the right lung.
Mild pulmonary edema is unchanged.
Opacities in the bilateral lung bases may represent a combination of atelectasis and small pleural effusions, however, superimposed infection cannot be excluded.
