 EXAMINATION: CHEST (PORTABLE AP)
 
 INDICATION: ___ female with PMH of afib on coumadin, IDDM, dementia,
 obstructing R colon mass s/p colectomy (___), L hip fracture from fall s/p
 ORIF ___, and frequent UTIs found to have abscess near R colectomy
 anastomosis s/p RLQ perinephric perc drain via IR ___, also found to have
 fungal infection of L hip now s/p hardware removal and drain wound vac
 placement. ___ post-op course complicated by respiratory failure and

 IMPRESSION: 
 
 No pneumothorax or other complications. Mild to moderate pulmonary edema.
 Moderate cardiomegaly. Moderate bilateral pleural effusions with subsequent
 areas of atelectasis. All monitoring and support devices are in stable correct
 position. Comparison to ___. No relevant change.
