 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Compared to chest radiographs ___ through ___.
 
 Heart size normal.
 Hyperinflation reflects emphysema.
 Moderately severe pulmonary edema, more pronounced in the left lung, has worsened.
 6 cm wide masslike lesion in the left lung base laterally has grown progressively larger and more conspicuous, could be pneumonia or a developing lung abscess.
 Small left apical pneumothorax is new or newly apparent.
 No layering left pleural effusion.
 Appreciable right pleural effusion.
 No evidence of right pneum
