 Right basal consolidation could be atelectasis alone although pneumonia is not excluded.
 The extent of mild upper lobe vascular redistribution is long-standing.
 Transvenous right atrial right ventricular pacer defibrillator leads are unchanged in their respective positions, continuous from the left pectoral generator.
 Upper lungs are grossly clear.
 Moderate right pleural effusion is unchanged since ___ and only moderately bigger than it was in ___.
