 Compared to chest radiographs ___ through ___.
 
 Nasogastric tube ends in the mid stomach. ET tube in standard placement. Right jugular line ends in the upper SVC. Left jugular line ends in the low SVC. Right PIC line ends close to the superior cavoatrial junction. No pneumothorax. No appreciable left pleural effusion. Large right pleural effusion and bibasilar consolidation are unchanged, either atelectasis or pneumonia. Severe enlargement of the cardiac silhouette due to cardiomegaly and/or pericardial effusion is unchanged since ___. Yesterday's moderate pulmonary edema has improved, particularly in the left lung.
