IMPRESSION: AP chest compared to ___, 8:43 p.m.:

No pneumothorax. Small bilateral pleural effusions are presumed but unchanged. Right internal jugular line ends low in the SVC close to the superior cavoatrial junction. Nasogastric tube ends in the stomach. Endotracheal tube has been withdrawn to the thoracic inlet, tip no less than 4.5 cm from the carina. Overall lung volumes are well maintained. Persistent
