REASON FOR EXAM: Intubated patient with pneumonia.

Comparison is made with prior study ___.

NG tube tip is out of view below the diaphragm.
Tracheostomy tube is in the standard position.
Right PICC tube is in the lower SVC.
Mild cardiomegaly and tortuous aorta is stable.
Known mild pulmonary edema has markedly improved from prior study.
Multifocal opacities in the right lung are a combination of edema and pneumonia.
Previously seen rounded opacity in the right mid lung has markedly decreased measuring approximately 16 mm. This abnormality corresponds to fluid in the fissure.
