 REASON FOR EXAMINATION: Evaluation of the patient after CABG with a chest tube on waterseal.
 
 Portable AP radiograph of the chest was reviewed in comparison to ___.
 
 The patient continues to be in pulmonary edema with left side being more affected than the right.
 There is small right pneumothorax noted on the current examination, increased/new since the prior study.
 Right chest tube is in place.
 The ET tube tip is 6 cm above the carina.
 The Swan-Ganz catheter tip is in the right upper lobe pulmonary artery and should be retrieved.
 There is also a new opacity adjacent to the tip of the catheter that might reflect parenchymal hemorrhage.
 Tortuous aorta is unchanged.
 Left retrocardiac consolidation is unchanged.
 Left pleural effusion is unchanged.
