 EXAMINATION: CHEST (PORTABLE AP)
 
 INDICATION: ___ F w/ CHF, COPD, afib, now with ___ episode
 cholangitis/cholecystitis s/p ERCP, CBD stent, perc chole c/b aciidental
 dislodgement of perc chole tube followed by increasing abd pain and elevated
 WBC now s/p bedside drainage of perihepatic collection s/p lap chole ___ ___/
 interval changes? interval changes?
 
 COMPARISON: Comparison to prior study dated ___ at 16 28
 
 FINDINGS: 
 
 Portable AP supine chest film ___ at 05:54 is submitted.
 No pneumothorax is seen.
 The heart remains enlarged.
 Mediastinal contours are stable.
 There has been interval improvement in the extensive subcutaneous emphysema.
 There has been some improvement in the mild pulmonary and interstitial edema.
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 A left subclavian PICC line is unchanged in position.
 The endotracheal tube continues to have its tip approximately 5 cm above the carina.
 A nasogastric tube is seen coursing below the diaphragm with the tip projecting over the stomach.
 A biliary stent and several catheters are again seen overlying the right upper quadrant.
 There is stable retrocardiac consolidation with associated effusion likely reflecting partial lower lobe atelectasis.
