 CLINICAL INDICATION:  ___-year-old with urosepsis and hypoxemic respiratory
 failure, assess for interval change.
 
 Comparison is made to the patient's previous study of ___ at 15:47.
 
 Single portable AP semi-erect chest film ___ at 5:30 is submitted.
 
 IMPRESSION:
 
 1.  Endotracheal tube has its tip 4.5 cm above the carina. Left internal jugular central line with its tip in the superior vena cava. A nasogastric tube is seen coursing below the diaphragm with the tip not identified.
