IMPRESSION: AP chest compared to ___:

Heart is not enlarged. The left hemidiaphragm is consistently elevated with respect to the right since at least ___, when CT scan showed findings of left lobectomy. Left lung relatively clear. The right is obscured visually by infiltration of overlying soft tissue with subcutaneous emphysema. Small right apical pneumothorax has decreased since ___ at 11:23 a.m. Extent of pneumomediastinum and subcutaneous emphysema in the deep tissues of the neck is unchanged. There is more superficial subcutaneous emphysema extending from the neck laterally. Right pleural tube unchanged in position. There is still a suggestion of a focal lung lesion at the periphery, below the level of the minor fissure. Unknown if this is a pulmonary contusion, infarction, or
