FINAL REPORT
HISTORY: Metastatic cancer with new oxygen requirement.
COMPARISON: CT from ___. outside exam.

 IMPRESSION:
? infiltrate vs. atelectasis right mid lung.

 FINDINGS:

Old rib fractures are noted on the right. The aorta is slightly calcified. Is increased opacity at the left CP angle could represent metastatic disease or small infiltrate or effusion. Heart size is normal. There is volume loss at both bases. The right hemidiaphragm is mildly elevated. The known metastatic disease with multiple lung nodules are better visualized on the prior CT. There is mild pulmonary vascular redistribution. There is hazy increased opacity in the right lung which could be due to volume loss or infiltrate.
