 Right PIC line ends in the upper SVC. Transvenous atrioventricular pacer leads in standard placements. Right pleural drain in place. Left pleural drainage devices are not apparent. Heart size is indeterminate due to severe leftward mediastinal shift obscuration of the left heart border by pleural fluid. Mild to moderate pulmonary edema persists through most of the right lung. Consolidation at the base of the right lung has improved since ___. The combination of large multiloculated left pleural effusion and severe left lung atelectasis has improved minimally since ___:00 on ___ when the left lung was entirely collapsed.
