Right costal pleural drain unchanged in position. Consolidation in the left mid lung not changed appreciably since ___. Small right pleural effusion decreased since ___. Small persistent right apical pneumothorax unchanged since ___. Persistent congestion and atelectasis, right mid and lower lung, adjacent to possible lung abscesses.
