INDICATION: ___ year old man with intubated, chest tube // eval for interval change eval for interval change
COMPARISON: Comparison to previous study dated ___ at 11:03

FINDINGS:
Portable semi-erect chest radiograph ___ 04:42 is submitted.
Cystic changes in the right humeral head are again seen.
Decrease in right lateral chest wall subcutaneous emphysema.

IMPRESSION:
Cardiac and mediastinal contours are unchanged.
No obvious pneumothorax, although the sensitivity to detect pneumothorax is diminished given semi erect positioning.
On left axillary and brachiocephalic venous stents and hardware overlying the spine are unchanged in position.
Right internal jugular central line, right chest tube, endotracheal tube, and nasogastric tube are unchanged in position.
Bilateral diffuse airspace process may be slightly improved suggestive of resolving superimposed edema on diffuse infection or ARDS.
