INDICATION: ___ year old woman with severe PAD, C diff on vanc/flagyl, with
new cough and hoarseness. // Assess for PNA/pneumonitis

FINDINGS:

Right PICC appears unchanged terminating at the cavoatrial junction. Small if any bilateral pleural effusions. Calcified aorta and mild cardiomegaly are stable. No pneumothorax. Lung volumes are low with bibasilar atelectasis.

IMPRESSION:

1. Mild pulmonary edema is slightly improved from ___.
2. Right lower lung opacity has progressively increased since ___ concerning for aspiration pneumonia, less likely atelectasis.
