 ET tube in standard placement. Left PIC line ends in the low SVC. A feeding tube passes to the upper stomach. Moderate cardiomegaly is chronic, but improved since ___. Left lung is grossly clear. There is no pulmonary edema. There is no appreciable left pleural effusion. There is some left pleural calcification and thickening in the region of healed upper posterior rib fractures. Moderate right pleural effusion has increased since ___. The extent of residual atelectasis in the previously collapsed right lower lobe is difficult to assess. There is the suggestion of new consolidation in the superior segment of the right lower lobe.
