IMPRESSION: AP chest compared to ___:

Heart size normal. ET tube and upper enteric drainage tube, and left subclavian central venous line in standard placements respectively. Severe right lower lobe atelectasis stable. Small right pleural effusion improved since ___. Small left apical pneumothorax decreased. Small to moderate basal pleural effusion unchanged. Apical pleural tube in place. Interstitial edema also improved substantially. Previously severe subcutaneous emphysema, upper abdominal wall chest, axilla and lower neck improved.
