INDICATION: ___ year old woman with HFpEF presented with pneumonia and severe
sepsis, unable to be extubated // ? new consolidation, ? edema, ? effusion
? new consolidation, ? edema, ? effusion

IMPRESSION:

ET tube, right internal jugular line, esophageal drainage tube, transvenous
right ventricular pacer lead all in standard placements respectively.
No pneumothorax.
Heart size normal.
Only posterior basal segment atelectasis persists.
Right lower lobe consolidation has improved over the past several days.
With previous mild to moderate pulmonary edema has improved.
Previous consolidation and moderate left pleural effusion has nearly resolved.
Overall hyperinflation suggests emphysema.
