FINAL REPORT
 INDICATION:  ___-year-old female with mediastinal lymphadenopathy, cough
 following bronchoscopy and stent placement.  Evaluate for pneumothorax.
 
 COMPARISON:  ___.
 
 CHEST, AP:  The aorta is tortuous and calcified.  New hazy opacity in the left
 lower lobe.  Right atrial and ventricular pacemaker leads course in expected
 position.  There is bulky superior mediastinal adenopathy, with widening of
 the right and left paratracheal stripes.  Mild cardiomegaly, central venous
 congestion, and interstitial edema have progressed.  Bilateral pleural
 effusions have increased, now small-to-moderate on the left and small on the
 right.  There is no pneumothorax.
 
 IMPRESSION:
 1.  No pneumothorax.
 2.  Left lower lobe opacity could represent aspiration/early infection.
 3.  Worsening pulmonary edema.
