There is no pneumothorax.
ET tube is in standard placement.
Right jugular line ends at the origin of the SVC.
Nasogastric tube passes into the stomach and out of view.
Heart is mildly enlarged.
Pulmonary edema previously affecting both lungs has improved since ___.
The residual consolidation at the lung bases, particularly the right raises concern for developing pneumonia, but this is difficult to distinguish from atelectasis and the effects of persistent small right pleural effusion.
