 IMPRESSION:

 Nasogastric drainage tube passes into the stomach and out of view. ET tube is in standard placement. Sharp definition of the cuff suggests that retained secretions are pooling above it. Left subclavian transvenous right atrial pacer leads are unchanged in their positions, with the atrial lead pointing medially toward the tricuspid valve. Small pleural effusions are presumed, unchanged. The left upper lobe is relatively spared, as before. Persistent consolidation in the left lower lobe could be pneumonia. Moderate pulmonary edema and moderate cardiomegaly worsened on ___ through ___. There has been little improvement today.
