 HISTORY:  ___-year-old man, status epilepticus.
 
 IMPRESSION:  AP chest compared to ___:
 
 Right basal pleural tube still in place.
 Tracheostomy tube tip abuts the right tracheal wall, probably because of head and neck flexion, clinical examination advised.
 Pneumothorax is minimal, if any.
 Moderate right pleural effusion increased.
 Left subclavian line ends in the region of the superior cavoatrial junction.
 Bilateral infrahilar opacification, most likely atelectasis, cannot exclude pneumonia.
 Mild pulmonary edema, most easily visible in the left lung, improved since ___.
