 IMPRESSION: 
 
 LVAD and external pacer are in place. ET tube is in standard position. Swan-Ganz catheter tip is in the main pulmonary artery. Right PICC tip is at the cavoatrial junction. Mediastinal and chest tubes are in place. NG tube tip is out of view below the diaphragm. Cardiomegaly is stable. There is no evident pneumothorax. Retrocardiac atelectasis have increased. Moderate pulmonary edema has increased. Bilateral effusions right greater than left have minimally increased. There are low lung volumes.
