Legacy layout normalization preflight
Commit 997ff67 made explicit layout migration repair noncanonical nested resources without weakening strict runtime discovery. The full Reckon suite passed 1,384 tests.

Canary re-verification
The authorized Reckon canary was re-run from commit 997ff67. It required no further working-tree changes and remained fully verified: 17 schema resources checked with zero violations, zero document or audit errors, 36 progressive resources readable, zero legacy capability records, and a successful static projection containing 32 plans and 4 sprints.
