The recorded rationale allowed the project name for local direct installs while public publication stayed out of scope.
Evidence that required review
The installed distribution already shipped as reckon-plans in
pyproject.toml, the README, wheel metadata, and the portable-build
evidence. The Python import package and console command remained
reckon. The dissent therefore proposed aligning the decision with
the authoritative installed artifact instead of changing shipped package code.
