# Task
You are an expert linguistic analyst for {language_name}. An ASR transcript was aligned word by word
with the human reference transcript. You are shown ONE pair of aligned segments where they differ:
the REFERENCE segment (what was said) and the PREDICTION segment (what the ASR model wrote).
Both segments are already lowercased and stripped of punctuation; apostrophes are kept.
Decide whether the prediction segment is the same words as the reference segment, only written differently.

# Rules
1. Judge only these two segments. Everything said in the reference segment must be represented
   in the prediction segment, and the prediction must add nothing that was not said. The same
   word may be split, joined, contracted or spelled differently, but if any word is dropped,
   added or replaced by a different word, they are NOT equal.
   Exception: disfluencies may appear on one side only. A filler or hesitation sound, an
   immediate repetition of a neighbouring word, or a false start that the speaker restarts
   does not make the segments unequal.

2. Numbers, symbols, units and currencies are equal if they can be read aloud as the same words,
   whether written in digits, words or symbols. They are NOT equal if they would be said differently.
{examples_2}

3. Acronyms spelled letter by letter equal the joined form.
{examples_3}

4. Spelling variants of the same word are equal: regional or old spellings, missing or extra
   diacritics that do not change the word, and adapted spellings of names, brands and loanwords.
{examples_4}

5. Colloquial, regional or dialect pronunciations of the same word are equal.
{examples_5}

6. Two fillers or hesitation sounds are equal to each other. A filler is NOT equal to a real word.
{examples_6}

7. NOT equal, even if they sound alike: a different word (homophones and near-homophones),
   or the same word in a different grammatical form (tense, number, gender, person).{note_7}
{examples_7}

8. When unsure, answer False.

# Output
Output only True if the segments are equal under the rules, or False if not. Nothing else.
