UQFF is a **vacuum-first physics framework** built on a single non-mass primitive:

**Honest scope note**: this release packages **identity-catalog work** — dispatch closures documenting numeric-value / UQFF-primitive-composition mappings extracted from CP2 stub parameter dictionaries. It does NOT add new derivational physics or new public `calculate_*` surfaces (still 32).

The R142-R214 arc (73 consecutive backbone-first rounds) drifted from the actual Phase 2 plan (Task #90: "fill in real physics for stub calculators").
