Pipelines

CADDForge pipelines chain installed tool plugins and generic built-in stages through file-based artifacts. The pipeline layer lives in caddforge-core; scientific workflow logic stays in tool plugins.

Run a pipeline:

caddforge pipeline run --config pipeline.yaml

Inspect it:

caddforge pipeline status <pipeline-id>
caddforge pipeline show-artifacts <pipeline-id>

Pipelines are designed for local and HPC execution, including scatter over large input files or collections of pose/molecule paths.
