Use reference pages while configuring a known workflow. Start with tutorials if you are learning the runtime for the first time.

• CLI: commands and common options; --help reflects the installed version.
• Plugin catalog: public scientific workflows.
• Version matrix: tags, reviewed revisions, and candidates.
• Example library: downloadable configs and validation status.
• Pipeline specification and built-ins.

caddforge show-config <section> <tool> prints a configuration template from an installed plugin. Configurations use Pydantic validation; fields and defaults are versioned with the plugin. A template is not a guarantee that an engine or input file is available. Supply paths and scientific preparation appropriate to the method.
