meshio++ datasets

Curate a DatasetManifest — everything runs in your browser; no file is uploaded anywhere.

The directory holding your solver output (and the manifest). In Chromium-family browsers the manifest saves back in place; elsewhere it downloads.

Companion process

Optional: a local meshioplusplus-mcp --http scans manifests server-side (and, later, trains). Nothing here needs it.
