  <h3>Import from JMRI Java XML</h3>
  <p class="muted small">Upload a JMRI Java panel or LogixNG XML file
     (typically a <code>PanelPro.xml</code> or a dedicated LogixNG
     export). Every <code>&lt;LogixNG&gt;</code> program in the file
     is converted to our tree format and added to the Programs list
     below. Unsupported action / expression types are replaced with
     LogAction placeholders and listed as warnings.</p>
