# Cedar runtime example

The compiler admits two invented observations with explicit state, time and witness bindings. Semantic admission validates the declared fragment before the task asks whether one actor can support both records.

Evidence qualification follows the source occurrence and its provenance. The example implementation exposes a candidate result for inspection; it supplies no experimental claim about a real deployment.
