Paid Time Off Policy

Full-time employees accrue PTO at a rate of 1.5 days per month during their
first two years, increasing to 2.0 days per month after two years of service
and 2.5 days per month after five years. Maximum PTO balance is capped at
30 days; accrual stops until the balance falls below the cap.

Time off requests must be submitted through the HR portal at least two weeks
in advance for planned absences exceeding three consecutive days. Requests
of three days or fewer require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Managers
should respond to PTO requests within two business days.

Blackout dates apply during fiscal year-end (December 15 through January 5)
and major product launches. Blackout periods are announced at least 60 days
in advance. Emergency exceptions may be granted by department heads on a
case-by-case basis with HR notification.

Unused PTO is paid out upon termination at the employee's current daily rate.
PTO may not be transferred between employees. Employees on approved medical
leave accrue PTO at their normal rate. Part-time employees accrue PTO on a
pro-rated basis according to their scheduled hours relative to full-time
equivalent.

Sick leave is tracked separately from PTO. Employees receive 10 sick days
per calendar year, which do not roll over. Absences exceeding three
consecutive sick days require a physician's note submitted to HR.
