Getting Started

1. Use the filter panel on the left to select specific interaction types, residues, or distance ranges.

2. Click "Apply Filters" to update the 3D view and interaction table.

3. Create groups to organize interactions - select interactions in the table and click "+ New" in the Groups panel.

• Left click + drag: Rotate
• Right click + drag: Pan
• Scroll: Zoom
• Click atom: Select
