 Storage leaf header — SDK SSoT header row (Writer/Scholar shape).

 The ROW is the shared `.stx-app-header` (scitex-sdk, css/app/app-header.css
 — linked below): identity (title + live leaf version) on the left, the
 canonical project-selector slot, then the actions slot. The leaf owns the
 VALUES, the SDK owns the chrome.

 Contract:
   * identity — manifest `label` (`Storage`) + the LEAF package version,
     never the host's version. Read from `storage_version`, which the views
     fill from `scitex_storage.__version__` (importlib.metadata, stdlib-only).
   * picker — `.stx-app-header__slot--project-selector`, EMPTY on purpose.
     Storage surfaces are user-scope (organize views resolve user volumes
     only, no project scope), so no picker is correct per the SDK contract.
     The slot stays so a future project-scoped surface has exactly one
     place to mount it.
   * actions — `.stx-app-header__actions`, EMPTY on purpose. Storage has no
     page-level actions outside the tab content.

 Included by index.html (Backup placeholder) and organize.html (Usage /
 Duplicates / Move tabs), INSTEAD OF the bespoke `h1.stx-storage-title`
 markup those templates used to carry: one header, one title, one version.
